Jack of Gears is based on a steampunk website I created for a web design class a long time ago using Adobe Flash. The general concept was a steampunk-themed deck of cards with alternate suites to the usual clubs, spades, hearts, and diamonds. So the sample playing card for the website was the Jack from the Gears suite.
